Technical Leads (2).
The candidate will be involved in defining user requirements, creating functional specifications, architecture design, system planning, QC and deployment. Project management responsibilities include identifying the scope of assigned projects, generating solutions to technical issues, and providing deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting to management detailed project requirements, progress reports and analysis of results. This position requires the ability to interface with customers as well as a team of professionals at local and branch offices.

Required Skills:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, JSP, ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VB, PHP, mySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, CVS, Windows, Technical Documentation, UML, etc.

Experience:
BA/BS degree, 5 or more years of applications or web development experience and a BS in Computer Engineering/Science, or Certifications required.
