Manage the back-end operation
The Order Management module provides a broad toolkit for managing the merchandising process—from initial shopping cart management, to the final order check out and online payment fulfillment—all in real time. You set return and shipping policies and terms and conditions for payment. You can “Search Orders” by keyword, order and payment status and date. And you will have the option to “close” the store to temporarily prevent people from ordering while you are making changes to your product offerings. Also, you can assign specific roles and responsibilities to a designated user. This allows you to let people see only the information they need to do their jobs. Different departments can be in charge of different parts of the website if necessary.
