Electronic Data Interchange - Logic EDI™

Logic EDI™ is a web-based EDI entry system that also allows users to review data in a more readable format. Though the application is very sophisticated, its’ user-friendly interface makes it a viable product for both medium and small organizations. With Logic EDI™, inbound documents are received and formatted into HTML to be reviewed and/or printed and corresponding outbound documents are created and transmitted.

How it works …
Trading partners are established in the application so that documents can be sent and received. Once established, the trading partners can transmit documents electronically to an organization and end users have the ability, because of the forms that are created, to view the data in a human readable form. Accessing new documents, as well as historical data, is made easy with Logic EDI™’s friendly interface.

Pieces of data from the inbound documents can be held and used as passback information on relevant outbound documents. This passback capability aids the end-user by lessening the amount of data that they are required to key in. Once a form is filled out and all required fields are populated, the document is translated into EDI or EDIFACT and sent to the prospective trading partner.

Your inbound data is delivered to your doorstep by Trinary in the format you require for integration, whether that is an SNF file for QAD, an IDOC file for SAP, or any other format for other ERP packages. Trinary will translate your outbound data to your trading partner’s specifications, then communicate the data to your trading partners. This means that your company is completely compliant with your trading partner’s EDI or XML specifications, and that the data is communicated to your trading partner safely and securely.
