Logic Solutions Inc., the premier web and mobile development company in Southeast Michigan, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer.
As a Software Engineer at Logic Solutions, you serve as an important member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for interfacing with clients, cleaning and analyzing business data, turning business and functional requirements into user stories, and participating in the SCRUM methodology.
Candidates will be able to participate in many aspects of the software development life cycle. The candidate will gain real world experience assisting with client projects. This candidate will specifically work on the following:
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipeline to reformat client data.
- Build cross-platform mobile applications with best coding and cybersecurity practices.
- Execute test plans and work within a test and release cycle for software deployment.
- Follow the Agile SCRUM methodology.
- Conduct code reviews on fellow engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).
