LEADERSHIP TEAM
Meet our fearless leaders who are passionate about your success.

Jimmy Hsiao
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Jimmy founded Logic Solutions in 1995 and, since then, he has led the company through many changes in the technology field — from the inception of Dot Com to the mobile revolution, Jimmy knows that, to stay relevant, a company has to evolve with changes in technology and the market while blazing its own trail. With that in mind, Jimmy is constantly on the move, learning and listening. When he’s not at the Logic HQ in Ann Arbor, he might be checking in on some of the company’s other offices in California, China or Taiwan.

Allan Techko
Vice President
As Vice President of Logic Solutions, Allan oversees the sales and strategic direction and expansion of Logic’s business development efforts. He builds long-lasting, consultative relationships with our customers founded on trust and driven by delivering high quality solutions. Allan is a big Detroit sports fan but prefers to be on the sidelines coaching baseball and basketball. He loves traveling with his family and spending time in the great outdoors of Northern Michigan.

Matt Sarkesian
Chief Technology Officer
Matt started working for Logic back in 2001 when we acquired his company and he had hair. He enjoys collaborating with clients and bringing their ideas to reality. Besides being a Techie, Matt is a dedicated family man as a husband and father of three. He’s passionate about coaching, sports, the University of Michigan, and being bald. It’s actually kinda weird how proud he is to be bald.

Keith Shen
Director of Global Operations
Keith is responsible for program management and off-shore operations. His duties require him to have one foot in America and another foot working with our teams in China and Taiwan. Among Keith’s many talents is an ability to focus on long-term goals while meeting short-term deadlines. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he’s a distance runner too. So he knows how to put one foot in front of the other while keeping an eye on a far off finish line.
