Richardson to also serve as President of subsidiary Logic Systems Engineering
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE—January 26, 2012—ANN ARBOR, MI—Logic Solutions, Inc. announces that Bruce Richardson has been named President of Logic Solutions and Logic Systems Engineering. Richardson has been COO of the companies since 2007.
CEO Jimmy Hsiao revealed the promotion to Logic’s employees in his annual New Year’s letter, citing Richardson’s exemplary work growing both companies. Richardson’s focus will be managing sales, marketing, software development, and operations, allowing Hsiao to concentrate his efforts as CEO on strategic direction, acquisitions, and continued product development of the company’s new mobile app, Showcase.
Hsiao states, “It is critical to recognize the ‘A’ players in your organization. I have made plenty of hiring mistakes, but also have the fortune of bringing very capable people to the team. Bruce’s accomplishments at Logic are impressive, and I am sure he will perform remarkably as President.”
Richardson’s prior experience includes sales executive positions at Compuware and GE Information Services.
